Week Long Feature and QnA at Mask Lovers!

So exciting! The Mask Lovers Facebook group has started a week-long feature of my work! Every day this week they'll be sharing one of my masks and asking a question which I get to answer in detail. I hope you'll keep up and maybe learn a thing or two there!

My question for Angela today is: In addition to mask-making, you are quite an accomplished illustrator. Which came first, and how did you become involved in the art of mask making?

This mask is entitled "January's Mask" and has some intricate scroll work and floral patterns, that I'd like to learn more about!
