More experimenting with the Hollow mask from the anime, Bleach. I always thought the Hollows and Vizards had the coolest designs. They've been great fodder for leather mask-making practice!

For this mask, (as opposed to my last try), I embossed the markings and tried to give the mask a disintegrating feel. I also kept the bone-like nature of the mask, as that's the way I always imagined a Hollow to look in real life, instead of the stark white 'plastic' look I've seen.

This is also strung with clear stretchy string with a dab of hot glue on the knots to keep them from coming untied.

Hand shaped, tooled, and carved leather painted with acrylics and sealed with Satin varnish.

Now that I'm a little more comfortable with the process, I hope to branch out into my own designs soon!
